i bought this phone because i was trying a new phone and as my first iphone looking at all the reviews i came in thinking im taking a high risk but i got it in black it look BRAND NEW and i was looking at the reviews i see that the battery life is low on some of the phone but mine was at 98% and i was so happy once i got this phone it looks brand new no scratches are nothing but there is one thing it does not work well in hot weather so if its hot on face time your cam is going to be a little choppy but thats the only bad thing this is a great phone all you need is mabye a new battery if you really want a "new phone" but for refurbished this is amazing thank you amazon!

This is about a Premium Renewed Amazon unlocked Apple 12 iPhone. The phone arrived in excellent condition. The screen, sides, and back have no scratches or marks. It arrived clean and the battery took a charge to 99%. An initialed "report card" indicated areas inspected. I have used it to text, phone, FaceTime, and update the OS, but have not tested all functionalities. So far so good. After one week, I have no regrets for going this route to purchase a newer Apple iPhone.
