I've had this headset for about 2 months and I honestly disappointed with it.
Update Sept. 1st, 2023:
My warranty claim for the broken headset went unanswered for five days so I contacted Razer support and was told it was going to be handled and a brand new replacement would be sent out when the warranty team got back to me.
Update Sept. 6th, 2023:
The small broken piece devolved into a very broken part and were pretty much unusable. Since I still have had no contact from the warranty team, I contacted support again. This time after about a half an hour they were able to just give me an RMA number, something that should have just been done on day 1. Getting an advance headset with the RMA would cost an additional $200, not just a pending transaction to my account but an actual payment and the RMA process even states that the claim could be denied after receiving it, which shouldn't happen unless the company has shady business practices and are going to try and get out of the claim. I'm not trusting this company with $200 more of my money.
I have concluded at this point that I will never purchase another Razer product again.
